Shipping policy

We currently ship to many locations worldwide and strive to provide fast and reliable shipping. We will do our best to provide accurate information about shipping fees and delivery times for your order, but please note that these may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We also cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures or any other factors beyond our control.

 

Your order will be dispatched from our Asian warehouse.

All orders are dispatched within 3 - 7 working days.

Should you not receive your dispatch notice within 10 working days please talk to us online or contact info@shoespa.nz. You will be advised within 48 hours the status of your order.
